Training Options
ElitePerformance offers Individual, Small Group, and Large Group Athletic Training Programs. Regardless of your schedule or budget, we have the perfect program for you!
Individual Training
Customized session packages begin with a comprehensive evaluation. Training packages are typically 10 – 15 sessions, depending on the specific needs and goals of the individual. Sessions are approximately 1 hour in length. The initial focus is on improving athletic ability, movement efficiency, and injury prevention. As the training progresses, some new techniques or customization of existing techniques may be introduced to improve training effectiveness.
Individual lessons are ideal for those who prefer one-on-one instruction. There is no better way to improve than with a private program. Whether you’re seasoned veteran or a beginner, a private program can be developed to meet your exact requirements. Sessions can be scheduled at the convenience of the client.

Small Group Training
Small Group Training allows participants to learn from one another as well as from their trainer. Small Group sizes range from 2 to 4 individuals whose skills are at a similar level. The training session content is based on the collective needs of the participants. Group training is often a more cost effective means of high performance training. Sessions are typically 1 to 1.5 hours. Training packages will be 10 – 15 sessions, depending on the goals of the group. The program will begin with a comprehensive evaluation of each participant.

Large Group Training
ElitePerformance also provides athletic training for larger groups. Large Group size generally should not exceed 8 people. Large Group Training can accommodate participants from a variety of fitness backgrounds. The training package will be based on the collective goals of the group. Some break-out sessions and individual homework assignments may be included, such as keeping a workout journal. Sessions are typically 1 to 1.5 hours. A brief evaluation is completed at the first workout.
